I have taken two courses and I am consciously using the information learned daily. My first two courses are Assertiveness and De-Junking Your Life. I have seen immediate improvements. I am very satisfied with the course presentations. Because of the instruction method I have retained 100% of the pertinent material. The real life applications of the lessons are much easier than I had anticipated. Just knowing how to do it makes it easy. And I did not have to spend days reading a "how to" book. I can definitely visualize my new image as I proceed through the courses. I can see my transformation coming much sooner.
